The GTBL will consist of a 26 game regular season schedule, with a 4 team league championship tournament to determine the 2019 playoff champion. First place in the season will receive a bye to the championship weekend while 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5 will play a best 2/3 series to determine the remaining three teams who will play for the GTBL title Aug 23-25.
The GTBL has agreed to echo Baseball Ontario and use the automatic intentional walk, managers now just point and declare, pitches will not be thrown.
The 2019 scheduling meeting will take place Mid March, and the full league schedule will be available online by the final week of March.
