Trailing 8-3 after three innings, the Newmarket Hawks came back late on the road to win 11-10 at Stan Wadlow park on Monday night.

Newcomer Adam Garner started for the Bulldogs, surrendering a first inning home run to league leader Brian MacDonald, his third of the year. Neither starter figured in the decision, but likely no one enjoyed the come back win more than Hawks starter Jeff Barton who struggled with his command all eve.
