Kravice Batts of the Thornhill Reds is the 2023 GTBL playoff MVP. The former league MVP helped pace the Reds to back to back titles, with a .333 weekend and his usual mayhem causing base running. The speedster scored four times, including the game winner in the semi final, adding a triple, RBI and steal in the deciding game with the Leafs, which saw him score twice. It's the first playoff MVP for the Reds center fielder, winning his fourth championship for Thornhill. Congratulations to Kravice on a fine league championship tournament!
The remaining league awards and all star teams will be announced at the annual GTBL awards banquet, Sunday October 29, 4pm, at Panino Cappuccino Restaurant- 3218 Weston Road, Toronto. Tickets are $40 each and include a full course buffet meal. Please contact team managers for tickets.
